The cottage is definitely coming along. Lorenzo returned from Mayne Island on Sunday morning, feeling very happy that his work is pretty much done. We have hired a painter and she has already started working. Here is what has been done the past few days...


The original sliding glass door was removed...

And the new patio door was installed; the space to the right will be for the piano...

The closet doors for the laundry closet are in...

Side by side closets: The ones on the right for the washer & dryer are a plain recessed panel door. I'm going to put mirrors in them to reflect the light from the patio door and the windows opposite. This will really brighten things up...

The posts are all done...
